Someone to guide you into creating those dishes you love so much from your favourite Restaurant or to help you learn more about how to organise your weekly menu. Or maybe you are an entertainer and love having people over on a regular basis but you would love to WOW your guests more.
 You can now book Chef Nade for a lesson in your home... Your first lesson is 'FREE'. Get in fast as I book up in advance. I am now taking bookings for Emerald, Blackwater, Rockhampton, Mackay and surrounding areas until September. 2018. Booking Brisbane and Gold Coast for October 2018... to ensure you get your desired dates for your Free and subsequent Lessons get in quick.
Lesson Structures are individually tailor-made to suit your needs.
Examples are: Kitchen Skills, Entrees and Starters, Main Courses, Desserts, Baking and Pastries, DIY Catering, Up-Skilling (goes toward your TAFE or other course), Master Class (on a specific Ingredient),
 I can help you organise and equip your kitchen also... 
The lessons are always fun and different every-time.

Apart from the "FREE" lesson, you can book as a group, individual or for your up and coming little Chefs. Yes I teach all ages. I have had students from 2 years old to 90+ years of age... you are never too young to learn. 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉

Above is Domi and Aiden (8years and 6 years old). they wanted to learn how to make brunch for their mum for mothers day... we made mini quiches and mini lemon curd tarts. Lesson was for 1 hour.

If you are in a commercial premises I also train and upskill staff in your Restaurant. All though I do not offer a "Free" Lesson in a commercial environment my fees are tax deductable and I provide a tax invoice on payment. Lessons in Commerical Kitchen.
