Rockhampton

Rockhampton is a city of just under 81000 people. Located 634 kms north of Brisbane and takes just under 9 hours drive from Brisbane, 2.5 hours north east of Moura or 2.25 hours east of Blackwater.
I have visited Rockhampton a couple of times now and find the city rather picturesque. The river frontage was under construction when I first arrived in March but was completed when I came back in July. The city is dotted with beautiful parks, a zoo, two Botanical Gardens and more amazing architecture. A lot of Plantation Style around this city.
